Please note: All prices are in Euros, so you may be paying more or less than what is advertised due to exchange rates. Barely Drawn OCs

What is the Barely Drawn OCs offer?

If you have a barely drawn OC that is stuck in what I call Dollmaker Purgatory, then this is a discount for those OCs. If all they have is a Picrew or Hero Forge, and if they're lucky a reference sheet and a single drawing, this applies to them.There is no type of OC that I won't draw, though I can and will deny OCs based on my discretion, though this is usually not due to the type of creature/person/form it is.

What's a Before You Interact?

A "Before You Interact", or a "Before You Follow", is a way to warn/alert people about what you're about. It's another variation on a DNI (Do Not Interact), while acknowledging that I cannot stop people from interacting with my stuff.

ToS

AKA Terms of Service

Terms of Service are a contract that you, as the consumer of the content, agree to when buying/owning/interacting with the content. All artists (and companies) have a ToS. Whenever you get a question about EuLA or the terms and conditions, this is ToS.Mine are listed below. If you are found in conflict with any of these, you will no longer be allowed to commission from me, send someone to commission from me on your behalf, and/or be blocked/removed from my various social medias.

General ToS

  • Reposting my content without credit

  • Product will be delivered digitally

  • Seller will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered

  • Customer has right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase

  • Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (I.E eyecolor change)

  • Customer can ask for a refund on orders with no progress for one (1) month, or when work has not been completed within half a year (6 months)

  • Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees

  • Seller can cancel and refund any order at any time

  • Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space

  • Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space

  • Seller will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered

  • Seller will not be responsible for refunds when a design is sold falsely by a third party

  • Designs may be resold for non-commercial and non-mass purposes

This is specifically for if you wish to create content around my characters. All ToS above still applies.

  • Put them into chat bots, including but not limited to ch.ai

  • Create fan children or "breed" them
